I have learned the hard way by listening to financial advisors, bank managers, marketing agencies but once you learn your own business fundamentals you begin to learn you have been taken advantage of. I want to pass on my business experience to other doctors so they can make informed decisions with their business. The key we all have as doctors is our unique ability to learn and understand something new very quickly. We can learn business fundamentals to help us achieve clinical and financial success.
